INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRANSACTION ISPM15 and Humidity Control

Agro Florestal meets the strict requirements of the International Phytosanitary Standard, ISPM 15, required by the IPPC for international trade.

Our company also offers wood products with controlled humidity (dry wood), which helps to prevent oxidation of transported products.

We also manufacture Pallets to European Standards, American standards or according to customers specifications.

To negotiate with us, it's required:

1. Electronic communications – Introduction between parties and understanding of needs.

2. Solution development: We develop the solution (prototype) according to the customer's project.

3. Product Final Inspection – We require a legal representative of the customer to be present at our facility to verify that the developed product meets the project requirements before mass production begins. If the presence of a representative is not possible, the prototype must be shipped to the customer. In this case, the customer is responsible for the cost of the prototype and FOB.

4. Installment credit issuance: The client issues a credit letter with their bank, which can be divided into up to 3 installments:

• 50%  at the beginning of production;

• 25% on the median of the agreed delivery date or 30 days after the beginn;

• 25% on the date of shipment;

• FOB shipping
